I love the look on the face of a first time mother-to-be. So much joy, so much anticipation. So much hope of good things to come. I love being able to capture that feeling for clients. And I love it when the people I photograph just ooze love for each other. And the combo of first time parents with love for each other just dripping off of them makes for a great session!

This sweet couple came all the way from Virginia to have their photos taken at the beach! Well, that and for a family vacation They are expecting their first sweet baby this coming fall and I could tell right away how excited they are about it! Thankfully we got some relief from the heat wave on the evening of their session. The light was perfect. Mom and dad were fabulous at pretending I wasn’t there and just doing their thing. I love it when that happens. There was so much love and so much connection during this session; I just love it!
