I took my daughter out the other evening to a new location I’ve been wanting to try. It is a beautiful spot, like it was designed by a photographer. Just beautiful. Add in the gorgeous late evening light, and it was the perfect combination. I have many shots to go through, but here are a couple of E to get you started.
There is still time to get a session in before the really cold weather hits! Fall is one of the most beautiful seasons here in West Michigan. I’d love to have your family or your children for a session. Christmas is coming up soon, book now for some beautiful photos for your holiday cards!

I got a new chair. I’ve been looking for one, and I found this at a rummage sale! The only problem is it looks a little tippy, even though it is not, and it need to be refinished. I’m going to be painting it, I added apoll on the sidebar there. Vote for your favorite color (or suggest one in my comments!)

I had the pleasure of taking photos of these two cuties! K and T are the children of an old friend, and we really had a blast! S, it was nice to see you again! These two are close in age to my own two, so it was a lot of fun! Thanks for coming! And enjoy your sneak peek!
K really enjoyed wearing our pettiskirt!
K and my daughter E became quite fast friends! E was very sad to see K leave when we were done.

This shot is something I’ve been wanting to do for a while. I’ve been waiting for a good day to do it. This shot isn’t exactly what I had in mind, but apparently the kids know better than I do what makes for good photos. I think I’ve got some more from this shoot that are winners as well, so be on the lookout for more soon.

I had the pleasure of photographing this cutie last week. He is the son of a friend and he just recently turned one. He is just about a week or so older than my baby L.
